These terms define the rules for using POI Data Hub, purchasing digital data and accessing customer accounts. Final legal text should be reviewed and approved before launch.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully, provide accurate account information and do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or bypass access controls.
Digital products
Datasets are digital products. Product pages describe the available coverage, version, format and intended license; review them before purchase.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. We may suspend access when there is suspected fraud, abuse or a policy violation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date and material changes should be displayed in the production legal version.
