Refund policy.
Digital data is provided through a download entitlement. The final policy must be reviewed against the applicable business jurisdiction and payment rules before launch.
Before download
A customer may request a refund before downloading, subject to fraud checks and the final policy shown at checkout.
After download
Because the product is digital, refunds after download may be limited. Any approved refund immediately revokes download access.

Email [email protected] with the order reference, dataset name and reason. Do not send payment card details by email.
