Protecting accounts and purchases
Account checks, payment confirmation and order-specific file access are part of how POI Data Hub operates. Here is what that means when you use the service.
Protect your account
Use a unique password and keep access to your email account secure. Email verification is required for purchases and downloads. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact us.
Payment confirmation
Payment details are handled by the checkout provider. The website confirms payment information before enabling files; a browser redirect or screenshot is not treated as proof of payment.
Purchased file access
File requests are checked against the signed-in account and the purchased order. Unpaid, refunded or ineligible orders cannot retrieve new file links through the website. External Microsoft sharing links retain the sharing permissions of their destination.
Report a concern privately
Email our team with “Security” in the subject and a concise description of the issue. Do not access other people’s information or post credentials, customer records or private file links in public reports.
